Cancellation and Returns
If goods are ordered and then not required we may take them back at our discretion but we reserve the right to implement a handling charge of 10% plus our original delivery costs if the goods were supplied on a 'Free Delivery' basis. The cost of the return of goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser and upon receipt of the returned goods to our business address the calculated refund less the handling charge will be issued only to the originating credit/debit card holder.
Damaged/Lost Goods
In the vent of goods being delivered in damaged or incomplete state we must be notified immediately. If there is evidence of damage to a parcel being delivered by our courier you must check the condition of the goods before signing for them. Once signed for the product is the responsibility of the customer
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return the unused item to us within 10 days. With the returned item, please enclose a copy of the invoice, a brief explanation, and prepay the shipping charges. Your account will be credited or we will make an exchange as soon as we receive the returned item. A restocking fee may apply. Also, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of goods. Warranty All claims for damage are to be made immediately to the carrier for settlement.
By the nature of the sport goods cannot be guaranteed against wear and tear or misuse but we will exhange or refund goods which may be of faulty manufacture.
